Create Rules for every single printer concerning whom, what and where is trying to print. You can search already printed documents by keyword from the title of the print jobs. Get an instant notification (popup message or/and e-mail) for every event that you have chosen. See the status of your printers by checking online the LCD display, tray status, detail printer information. You can remotely change the printer environments and even reset the printer.
