Advanced Email Printer is a perfect solution to address the printing problems that legal advisors are facing. It can help printing the emails in the oldest or newest order on the basis of conversation and can be shown as evidence. It can also be helpful in reducing the duplicity of conversation mails while printing them. It works as add-in in MS Outlook and serves through context menu option to make it fully compatible with other installed plug-ins to provide additional benefits. Selected email conversation topic can be searched in the PST folders to fetch related emails. These conversation threads can be arranged as the newest one first and the oldest one last or vice-versa. Preview can be displayed as combined or on separate pages from one to 12 pages. They can be set one after another or on separate pages for printing. If the sender name and the subject is the same for more than one email then it can pick up only one for the display but can print their contents one after another or on separate pages as per settings made. Sender name and Conversation topic of the emails can be displayed either in ascending or descending order as per user?s choice and requirement. Sent Items folder and its child folders are treated exclusively. The user can make settings in Page setup and Printer setup as per Windows operating system requirements. Option is also available to remove extra blank lines in the email text before printing.
