PrintMulti is a windows printprocessor. It allows output to multiple printers, even from different manufacturers. For the single printers many different options can be set. These include multiple pages per sheet,reverse printing,duplex chaning,different bins for the first, the following and the last printing page,bookletprinting. All configuration settings can contain conditions which allow to set output options like the printer name dependend on the number of pages, the document name, the user name, ... Saved printer settings can be used instead of standard printer settings. This is useful for using different output bins, watermarks, ... Additionaly programs can be executed on the saved output from the printing action. This option can be used to create PDF-files with ghostscript and send them by E-Mail or use them for archiving.PrintMulti can be used to write detailed, configurable log files. Useful if you want to save the number of pages for each printer,user,color/sw,... Configuration of PrintMulti is done on ini-files. Users should be familiar with windows printing.

A series of booklets are combined to build a book. BookPrintXP operates as a printer driver that may be used by any application. Several print jobs may be accumulated for printing of booklets. E.g. you may print a booklet that contains several topics of a help file. This is done by executing the print function of the help system for each topic.
